📦 Returns

We currently do not offer returns for refunds.
But don’t worry — we do provide easy exchanges.

For any kind of damage of the product, our team needs a proper opening video from first to last where we could see the damages clearly. In this case we will arrange for the return or exchange within next 7 business days.

If your return is accepted, we’ll let you know how to complete the process.
The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team.

We do not provide any kind of exchange / refund / return if someone doesn't like the product after purchasing or receiving.

There's no refund policy available after placing the order.

📌 Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• Product should not have any stains, perfume, or damage
